Our expertise lie in appraising heritage significance across a broad range of designated and non-designated heritage assets, including listed buildings, conservation areas, registered parks and gardens, buildings of local interest and the contribution made by their settings.

We are expert at appraising the likely heritage impacts of proposed development to minimise project risks when assessed against local and national planning policy requirements and the statutory tests. 

We work collaboratively with the project team through the design process to minimise and mitigate impacts to the historic environment through constructive and commercially minded design review. 

We assist our clients in all stages of the planning process, engaging with local planning authority officers and other key stakeholders at pre-application stage through to condition charge.
